This limited release from Twin Creeks Distillery is Peg Hatcher's. A primarily rye base with a wee bit of corn, then aged in white oak barrels. It's named in honor of their Grandpap Peg Hatcher, a kingpin in “The Great Conspiracy Trial of 1935” and old-time fiddle player who roamed the hills and hollers of Franklin County, Virginia.
